We explore all aspects of the business including: pre-qualifying leads (gatekeeping); sales; design; financial; personnel; communication; production; and marketing. Typically, most people learn from people by watching and copying what they see and do. We practice what we teach. That is, we work on real Design/Build projects and interact with real homeowners. This allows us to be current with the latest business and industry trends. Living in the Design/Build world allows us to transfer our successes and failures as a guide through the pit falls of transitioning from the traditional design-bid-build process to Design/Build.

The object of the game is to learn the eight basic business systems by answering Design/Build business questions related to: pre-qualifying leads (gatekeeper); sales; design; financial; personnel; communication; production; and marketing. This game is played with other contractors who are also learning how to play the real Design/Build game of life.

The training is like a bicycle with training wheels…if you pedal we can move you and your company towards your goals and needs. The coach and trainer will act as temporary training wheels to help guide you and you company through the pit falls of the transition to Design/Build. But remember, if you do not pedal your bicycle, we do not move you and your company toward your goals and needs.
